Thirsty Fish Sports Grille and Taqueria T.C. Latino Announce Culinary Collaboration and Expanded Summer Music Lineup

TRAVERSE CITY, MI – June 12, 2026 – Downtown Traverse City’s summer entertainment scene is getting a major upgrade. Thirsty Fish Sports Grille has officially partnered with local favorite Taqueria T.C. Latino to bring authentic, homemade Mexican cuisine to the downtown area all summer long.

The culinary collaboration will officially launch mid-week, next week, just ahead of the highly anticipated Sandbox Saturdays: Patio Party series, which kicks off on June 20th and runs every Saturday straight through August 29th.

Fans of Taqueria T.C. Latino already know the bold flavors and high-quality ingredients that have made their Silver Lake, 3 Mile, and South Airport locations local staples. Now, a taste of that beloved cuisine is heading to the Thirsty Fish kitchen, where it will be available all summer. Patrons won't have to choose between their favorites, as Thirsty Fish will be keeping its most popular American menu items—offering the perfect mix of the best of both menus alongside cold drinks and a heavy rotation of killer live music on the patio.

On the entertainment side, Sandbox Alliance is taking over Saturday evenings all summer. In addition to the Saturday takeover, Thirsty Fish is also expanding its entertainment schedule to include live music on Thursdays, and Karaoke will continue all summer long on Fridays.
