CHIRP TO RING IN 2027 AT THE WORKSHOP BREWING COMPANY WITH FREE NEW YEAR'S EVE PERFORMANCE
Featuring Special Guest Blinker Fluid
CHIP headlines New Year’s Eve at Workshop Brewing Company w/ special guests Blinker Fluid.
TRAVERSE CITY, MI – November 4, 2026 – Sandbox Alliance proudly announces that Michigan's own Chirp is returning to Traverse City to headline New Year's Eve at The Workshop Brewing Company. The live performance will take place on December 31, ringing in 2027 with live music starting at 8:00 PM.
Hailing from Ann Arbor, Chirp is a four-piece powerhouse celebrated for a dynamic, genre-hopping blend of progressive rock, funk, and jazz-fusion. Currently touring in support of their new 2026 studio album Torque, their live shows balance technical musicianship with heavy grooves designed to keep people moving. Chirp's impressive resume includes performances at Electric Forest and Bliss Fest, plus sharing stages with heavyweights like The Disco Biscuits, Ghost-Note, and Spafford.
Joining the New Year's Eve lineup as special guest is Traverse City's own Blinker Fluid, a prog-adjacent rock act built on heavy-hitting lyricism, tight rhythmic grooves, and undeniable melodies. The band is actively touring in support of their brand-new debut EP, released in October 2026.
The evening is made possible in part by 4Front Credit Union, who stepped in as the primary Stage Sponsor to ensure this community celebration remains free and accessible to the public.
While admission is free with the help of 4Front, this sponsorship does not cover additional travel or expenses for the bands. To support the artists bringing this caliber of entertainment to T.C. for the holiday, a $15 honor cover is encouraged. 100% of the Honor Cover will go directly to the band.
